7/11/13 – 2.25 treadmill run
7/12/13 – Power Stretch
7/13/13 – Run 3.28 miles outside
7/14/13-Rest Day

Week of July 1, 2013
7/1/13- Run 2.25 miles
7/2/13 – Walk for 1 hour with Heidi
7/3/13 – 10 min elliptical and run 1.75 mile
7/4/13 – Run 1.75 mile
7/5/13 – 25 min elliptical, short strength circuit
7/6/13 – Run (and walk a little) 4.41 miles
7/7/13- Run/walk 2.08 miles

Week of June 24, 2013
6/24/13 – Rest
6/25/13 – Yoga Level 1-2 and At Home Circuit
6/26/13 – Trail Walking with Heidi
6/27/13 – Rest
6/28/13- Run 3.5 miles
6/29/13- Elliptical 15 minutes, strength circuit
6/30/13- Rest

Week of June 17, 2013
6/17/13 – Yoga
6/18/13 – Run 3.0 miles and walk 1.75 miles with co-workers
6/19/13 – rest day, walked 1.75 miles with co-workers
6/20/13 – accidental rest day, due to rain…and laziness
6/21/13-Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred
6/22/13 – on vacation, lots of walking!
6/23/13 – on vacation, lots of walking

Week of June 10, 2013
6/10/13 – run/walk 4.1 miles
6/11/13 – walk 1.75 miles with coworker, Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs dvd
6/12/13 – rest day
6/13/13 – walk 1.75 miles with coworker and play volleyball
6/14/13 – run/walk 4.30 miles
6/15/13 – run/walk 3.01 miles
6/16/13 – rest day
